Are they suitable for sensitive skin?+
Our diapers are designed with delicate skin in mind and are dermatologically tested. If your baby has a known condition or persistent irritation, consult your pediatrician.
How long can a diaper keep my baby dry?+
The rapid-lock absorption layers are designed to provide up to 12 hours of protection, depending on your baby’s age, activity and changing routine.
Do the diapers have a wetness indicator?+
Selected Cocoon Buds sizes include a color-changing wetness indicator to help parents know when it is time for a change.
How do I choose the right size?+
Use your baby’s current weight as the main guide. A secure fit should sit comfortably around the waist and legs without deep marks or gaps.
Where do you deliver?+
We deliver throughout Nepal through courier partners. Kathmandu Valley delivery is normally estimated at 1–3 business days and other areas at 3–7 business days after processing.
Can I pay cash on delivery?+
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible serviceable locations. We may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.
How can I return an item?+
Contact us within 7 calendar days if an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect. Items must remain unused and in their original packaging unless defective.
