1. Order Confirmation & Processing

All orders placed through the CocoonBuds Nepal website are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon successful payment authorization, customers will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. CocoonBuds Nepal reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

2. Shipping Coverage

We provide delivery services throughout Nepal via authorized third-party courier partners.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Within Kathmandu Valley: 1–3 business days
  • Outside Kathmandu Valley: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays, remote delivery locations, or courier-related issues.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, order size, and applicable courier rates. All shipping charges will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

5. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for purchased products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided shipping address.

6. Delivery Issues

Customers must report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

7. Availability of COD Service

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within selected serviceable locations across Nepal. COD availability may vary depending on delivery area and courier partner coverage.

CocoonBuds Nepal reserves the right to restrict or decline COD service for certain locations, high-value orders, or customers with a history of failed deliveries.

8. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.
  • Customers are requested to provide the exact amount whenever possible.
  • Orders will not be handed over until full payment is received.

If payment is refused at delivery without valid reason, CocoonBuds Nepal reserves the right to restrict future COD services to that customer.

9. Order Cancellation (COD Orders)

Customers may cancel a COD order before it has been dispatched by contacting customer support.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Repeated refusal of COD orders upon delivery may lead to suspension of COD privileges.

10. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are encouraged to check the external condition of the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears damaged or tampered with, customers should refuse acceptance and immediately notify CocoonBuds Nepal.

11. Fraud Prevention

CocoonBuds Nepal reserves the right to cancel or refuse COD orders in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete information, or misuse of service.
