1. Return Eligibility

CocoonBuds Nepal accepts return requests within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival;
  • The item remains unused, unworn (if applicable), and in original packaging;
  • All original accessories, manuals, and documentation are included.

Returns are subject to inspection and approval.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened products (unless defective);
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling;
  • Customized, special-order, or clearance items;
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

3. Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support within the return period.
  2. Provide order details and supporting documentation (e.g., photographs).
  3. Await written return authorization and instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

4. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

CocoonBuds Nepal reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the stated conditions.
